Spotted this Toyota Century at a car show the other day. This vehicle served as Toyota’s flagship luxury vehicle for many years. The RHD Century we spotted here is in really good condition and is finished in a nice black paint. It’s great to see a Japanese market-only vehicle on American soil. Enjoy.
Happy Memorial Day Weekend!!! Dust off the grille and polish up your cooking skills because the sun is out and so are the good times. Today we have a special treat and a guest photographer to help celebrate Memorial Day with us. Ritchie Hann, a good friend of LACS, has a selection of photos from a recent Cars & Coffee trip that he has donated.
So go out there and have a great Holiday weekend with friends and family. Go to a car show if you have the chance and in the meantime, enjoy a few beautiful classic and modern cars courtesy of RH and LACS. Cheers! ♦ ♦♦♦ ♦
It’s the end of the third month of 2019 and that means it’s hodgepodge time. Pull out your cast iron cauldron and ladle, because we’re throwing you a mix-mash of different cars. Enjoy.
Here we are again, the end of another month. It can only mean one thing… hodgepodge! Where I select all the random photos of vehicles that didn’t get a post to themselves this month. Enjoy.
Good morning or evening or whatever time it is for you. Here we have a 1995 Isuzu Trooper – basically an SUV that everybody re-branded. Take your pick: Acura, Chevrolet, Isuzu, Holden, Opel, Subaru, Vauxhall. Yea yea, I know… most of them are GM products. But hey, here is the 2nd Generation, US Market Isuzu Trooper. Enjoy
And check out this 1986 Isuzu Trooper II (1st Gen) we spotted a couple months ago.
Ahhh, the venerable E36 BMW M3, what can I say about it. Touted as one of the best all-around performance coupe/sedans of the time, the E36 M3 has a devout and large following of admirers and enthusiasts alike. Enjoy this white e36 M3 coupe that looks to be fairly stock and in good condition.
And check out other M3’s we’ve spotted:
Hello all. Take a gander at this posh example of luxury and power from the mid 1990’s. Did you know that the Bentley Continental R such as this model is the first Bentley to feature a body not shared with a Rolls-Royce model since the S3 Continental of 1965.
This Bentley houses a 6.75 L turbocharged V8 under the hood, with an estimated 360hp and 500 lb-ft of torque! But this model was more than just a horsepower sled, it was about fine wood grain, fancy leather and opulence. Imagine what kind of power a 6.75L turbocharged V8 could produce with today’s engine technology. Enjoy the pics!
Happy end of October! Another month has concluded and with it, the LACS hodgepodge makes it’s appearance. Yet again, this one is light because of the wedding.
This month, we only posted 2 car spottings. One was a 1972 Chevy Monte Carlo cloaked in black and sporting excellent chrome wheels; a perfect match. We also saw a 1970 Cadillac DeVille – man are those big cars.
Enjoy this and look forward to even more next month!
As is usual for the end of the month, we post pictures of the vehicles that did not make the cut for a full feature. To be honest, there were not many this month but none-the-less, let the hodgepodge commence.
Spotted this beautiful 1969 Chevrolet Impala Coupe in Venice, CA not long ago. It is sporting a 327 badge and draped in a deep blue. Apart from the missing trim piece along the waistline and the sizable dent above the rear wheel, this Impala looks to be in great shape aesthetically. I can only hope that the 327 V8 is equally as healthy to propel this beast down the road. Enjoy
And check out some other classic Chevy coupes:
Would you look here; we spotted an old school or “vintage” as the kids call it, Volvo PV544. This Volvo from the mid 1960’s seems stuck in time, retaining automotive styling I think resembles that of the 1940’s. This Volvo is clad in faded red and looks to be very much original. Enjoy
And check out some other Volvo’s we’ve spotted:
